Yoga at Home

Many people feel uncomfortable starting a Yoga practice, because they fear the group setting. This need not be something that keeps you – just start at home in your own time and nobody to compare yourself to but your own self last time.
That is how you will see your improvements!

Your home offers more props than you think! We can find creative solutions for everything, be it a forward fold support, a backbend so supported than you can actually relax – or even an improvised ladder up to your headstand!
I do not believe that your practice hinges on how many poses you can do! I do however believe in the benefits of the poses and the more we can get you safely into the better for you. 🙂
